6. How do I know if someone has inquired about my property?
When a person uses the message form to contact you, the message is sent to your User Panel inbox (where you manage your properties after logging in).
A notification about the new message is sent to the email with which you created your account.
You can manage your messages directly in the User Panel by logging in and viewing your inbox.
7. When editing my listing, the changes were not saved!
You've been working for a while making changes to your listing then click "Update" only to find out your changes have not saved?
This is most likely due to your session ending and your account being automatically signed out due to inactivity. As a safety measure, we have added inactivity timeouts when a user does perform an action on the site for a prolonged period of time (taking a while to type something up and not saving early).
Solution: update your listing often.
